I visited Hakka hut for the first time this weekend with my friends and we were pleasantly surprised at how great our experience was. First of all, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. There are a large variety of options. The staff are extremely pleasant and professional, the venue itself is clean. I would strongly recommend trying this restaurant if you are looking for a unique and refreshing way to eat Hakka.

Went in on a Saturday around 12:30pm. The restaurant was empty other than one other table. I found the restaurant to be rather plan in terms of interior. The service was good as well. I ordered the Butter Masala chicken and it was fantastic. The portion size was enough to take some home and my entire meal was less than $15.

First time here tonight, it was so worth the 30 minute drive. Since moving out of Toronto we have had great difficulty finding good Chinese/Hakka food. We found our spot tonight. Dragon chicken is so delicious and a perfect balance of heat. Hakka chicken was perfect, nice spice to it with a hint of sweet from the vegetables. Sweet and sour garlic chicken was great and the chilli chicken will never let you down. We also had the Manchurian noodles and asked for them to make it spicy for us which they had no problem doing. The service was great and the food was amazing. Portion sizes are large which is perfect because we get to have amazing left overs for a day or 2. Can’t wait to drive 30 minutes to eat here again!!
